Powers of Ten

A great collection of Shawn Lane's work - a great player who dies way to soon. If you like piano concertos, be sure to check out "Piano Concertino: Transformation of Themes" and "Powers of Ten: Suite". For the rest of us, be sure to check out "Rules of the Game" for some awesome playing (my personal favorite on the album), followed closely by "Epilogue (For Lisa)" with it's simple but poetic nylon string, as well as "Gray Pianos Flying" for some great melodies mixed with synthesizer accompaniment.
